Xfinity app keeps me in login loop! Help!!!
I've been trying to setup my internet services with Comcast Xfinity and it says I need to sign in to the app, but whenever I login with my credentials it keeps pointing me back to the login screen...
Tried deleting the app and reinstalling with no success.

Can you tell me if you have been able to delete and redownload the app from your device? That way you can ensure that you are using the most up to date version of the app.

I deleted app and shortcuts from phone. But now I go to app folder and I see the short cuts I need, but can not down load. Only logs me in through search on app folder?

It was a mess yesterday for myself and wife's phone. Wife's phone finally worked correctly. Mine still fails to bring into screen for easy access.

It is impossible to download the Xfinity app and other components similar to it. Everything logs in through the login screen online and put me in the loop

Xfinity, Xfinity My Account, Xfinity WiFi Hotspots, Xfinity Mobile, & Mail all are logged in. But do not download their specific software. I have to open App catalog and select OPEN. GET is not an option on Xfinity Home?
It seems you would have the ability to duplicate this error. Instead of asking me to repeat myself.
I'm tired of phone support trying to reboot my modem?
