Xfinity App - Installed Equipment missing

When logging into my app, my installed Xfi Modem/Router is missing, the app wants me to activate new equipment. How can I have this restored without starting all over again without complete setup and settings that are all working (WiFi, custom ID and connections anll working well)  and for more than a year now?

Just like the Xfinity app. It is the best resource to manage the account and service online. It is my favorite as I can check the monthly statements, and also pause the wifi for dinner time. That ensures the kids come to eat, and that makes me very happy. Here is a link that I found for you to make it easy and download the Xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/apps. Download it now so you have the power of Xfinity at your fingertips. Tell me because we want to know and it is important to us, how is everything this evening, and how are you? Having to go through the wifi settings again is weird, but can happen. I have the exact steps to go through here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/activate-xfi-gateway-app. That will make it easy for you as it has all the steps to follow, but I get having to do it again is strange. I also want to know as it is important to the network, did you update the wifi name and password to something personalized?
