Xfinity app for PC

Why isn't this app available for PC? MANY people still use a laptop as primary access to the internet.   Not everyone wants a million apps on a phone, wants to do business over a cell phone, or has a smartphone.

Hi @user_jxqh63, you can always use the https://www.xfinity.com/stream/ website! Have you considered saving the website shortcut to your desktop screen?

I meant the diagnostic app. Not streaming.  I was trying to do a modem speed check etc, and the app that does it is not available on PC?  Or maybe Im misunderstanding something?

Thanks for clarifying, you are correct. I have actually never seen a request for this, but it could be something we put on the radar for our product team. As for now the closest thing we would have would be the https://speedtest.xfinity.com/ website, but this does not provide as much information as our xfinity app. We really appreciate your feedback on this, that is how new tools come about!
