Xfinity App doesn’t work at all
Xfinity App hasn’t worked since I got internet a week ago. It doesn’t work on my phone or tablet. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, cleared old data, and ensured I was downloading the up to date version. Absolutely nothing works and it’s incredibly frustrating. As soon as I log in I just get an almost blank screen saying, “Something went wrong. Please try again later.”

Hi there, user_aw7l24! Thank you for getting internet service with us! The Xfinity app is great to manage your internet service, billing, and other aspects of your account. We definitely want that to work for you and appreciate the steps you tried to fix it. Did you have an account with us in the past and moved or is this your first time with our service?

I have been having issues with x-finity app for past month. I reinstall the app and then could not sign in. When I do finally sign in the app will stop working the next day. Most of the time I can’t even get the scheduling of the channels on the app. This never happened when I first got the app but now happening very frequently. It is very frustrating when you want to view the schedule for tv listings.
I also get the message to try again later which never works. i
