Xfinity App doesn’t work at all
Xfinity App hasn’t worked since I got internet a week ago. It doesn’t work on my phone or tablet. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, cleared old data, and ensured I was downloading the up to date version. Absolutely nothing works and it’s incredibly frustrating. As soon as I log in I just get an almost blank screen saying, “Something went wrong. Please try again later.”

We definitely want that to work for you and appreciate the steps you tried to fix it. Did you have an account with us in the past and moved or is this your first time with our service?
