Xfinity App Disappeared

The main app disappeared from my tv menu.  I have done a restart on both the TV and the cable box and it has not reappeared.

@user_f8c1f2 What type of box are you using? Have you tried doing a reset?

I am so sorry that your box doesn't seem to have the app anymore! If you say "My Account" into the remote does it take you there or what do you see exactly?

i am having the same issue, app is there but I can only access NBC and cannot change the channel.  It was fine two days ago

Sometimes it's possible for apps to disappear from your apps list depending on the TV. Have you already checked through your full list of downloaded apps to see if it's there? Have you also checked the app store to see if it's available for redownload?

Our app has returned.  After weeks of using the voice activation feature on our remote to request the app, it has returned.  We have a Toshiba TV.
