xFi Pods

I have been unable to connect any of my 3 xFi Pods with most recently upgraded Gateway for about 2 months.  I've uninstalled and re-installed the Xfinity app, retried the setup, tried other devices etc. so many times, and I was supposed to receive a call back from a Taylor in support about a possible fix to the app.  The app version is  These xFi Pods are basically useless.  Anyone else having the same issues, or have an easy fix?

Going forward, I'm truly sorry to hear about the xFi Pod connection issues you've been experiencing for the past 2 months as I would be pretty frustrated as well in your shoes!
