Hello @user_eadb21! Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum! I'm sorry to hear you're having concerns with not being able to see your data usage, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance! If you could send our team a private message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you!

To send a Private Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.

@XfinityChelseaB

Hello, thanks for initiating support. I don't see a bell icon. Maybe I'm not on the correct screen. Very frustrated with trying to contact Xfinity app support. Your auto-bot assistant is less than desirable for left-brained folk as myself. Or at least that's what I tell myself to keep myself from ebombing your department with less than desirable language. Please help. Thank you in advance for your time.

We apologize for the confusion about how to contact us but I would like to provide you with this easy step by step on how to reach us in our Direct Messaging.

(Full credit to @BruceW for this excellent explanation!)

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

  •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

  •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

  • Press Enter to send it

See https://comca.st/3nnbkbp for an example.
