Wrong Modem Showing up in xfinity app causing speed problems.

I have a CM2050V Modem that I recently installed.  However, every time I open the Xfinity app, the app fully thinks I have a gateway installed. All the pages list Xfinity gateway features, the wifi tab shows all xfinity gateway stuff.  No matter how many times I logout, uninstall the app or anything else, it always shows up this way.

When I go to my equipment and devices page on the website though it will show that I have the CM2050V installed. My internet is working although I am not getting the 100mbps upload speed

as promised. I am thinking this screw up might have something to do with that. 

I have tried going through the support chat multiple times and have gotten nowhere.
