WIFI TAB HELP

So I spent a grand total of nearly 5hrs trying to talk to live chat just to activate a new modem.  

Finally had a technician come out and he's like

" oh you have fiber optics , this can only be done by us".   Great he installs new modem and we can connect just fine.  

Now the problem is that I can't manage my wifi in the app, no tab for it.  I've Uninstalled app, reinstalled . Nothing. I've tried everything the company has told me to do. So they put in a work order for someone to text me back about the issue.  All the did was ask if the issue was resolved . Nothing has changed and no one is helping.  

It seems to me that the technician did finish the activation for my fiber optics setup. 

I just want to be able to use the app. Is that so hard?
