Wicked Coaster Giveaway
I received a push notification today from xFinity saying that select stores would be giving away a set of Wicked Coasters to the firs 100 guests. When I hit the notification, it took me to the "find a location" page but then I was unable to find anything else in regard to the promotion, or if any of the stores listed were giving them away. Did I hallucinate this? I don't know how to see previous push notifications, since they disappear once you tap on them. Was there some kind of notification like this sent out? I see there is a Wicked fun pack download available as a reward, was the notification in regard to that and I misunderstood? I have tried every variation I can think of in the search enginge to find an answer but nothing is coming out.

No, you didn't hallucinate the promo. I received the same notification and have yet to find any details about the giveaway.

I saw it too, but SM didn’t see the date/time. That’s when I began searching. There’s nothing posted anywhere about it. Very odd.

I forget where I saw this. It was either on my screensaver or something like that, but it said 11/21 only –the first 100 customers To visit your Xfinity store will get a free set of wicked coasters so I’m gonna go. I’m be outside the door when they open. I’m gonna sit in the car and work on my crochet project. I’m reading here That it is only select stores? We shall see.

I went to my store and they knew nothing about it 🤦♀️ tried to call another store to avoid wasting gas and the AI hung up on me 🙄

Hi @bamf_girl143, I can confirm that you were not hallucinating. The Wicked For Good coaster giveaway was not promoted very heavily through our all of our channels, but they were available at many of our local stores. I believe the only notification that went out was the push notification that derived from the Xfinity app. This giveaway was indeed separate from our Xfinity reward offerings related to Wicked.

I got to the store around 1:30 and the guy didn't know what I was talking about, but he looked around and found me a set! It's a real shame they don't clue the employees in to these promotions.
