I have the updated app but can’t find where to check email
Comcast discontinued their email app and has not included email access in any of their other apps. You have to use your phone or tablet's native email app, or download a 3rd party email app, or use a web browser to access webmail at https://connect.xfinity.com.
In the Xfinity app on my Android phone I have:
"Account" icon / Account settings / Xfinity ID & Security / Comcast email / Go to inbox
-or-
"Account and identity" button / Xfinity ID & Security / Comcast email / Go to inbox
But "Go to inbox" is just a link that opens the "connect.xfinity.com" webmail site in a web browser. It would be faster to open the browser and tap a Bookmark or Favorite for the site.

[Edited: "Inflammatory"] Definitely not customer friendly. They use to have excellent customer service and customer focus.. not anymore.
it took over a year to get an issue with my tv signal resolved (picture pixelation and audio going in and out). [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. It took 3 tech visits to my home before they figured out issue was not on my side but on their side… somewhere. The last tech was extremely helpful and gave me his number to call if i continued to have issues. Now that is customer service!
The most awful part of this was, each time I had an issue (same issue), I had to call for support and had to go through my problem history. Very time consuming and painful experience.
I’ve been with Xfinity for over 25 years and when they had onshore support, it was MUCH better and was able to get resolution for customer much more efficiently. This last episode of support nightmare, almost ended this relationship. It certainly has me looking for better options, not wanting to go another round of support [Edited: "Language"]
I have watched multiple videos on YouTube concerning the poor performance of Comcast. This applies to the fact that you cannot reach a person, there is no specific app on your iPhone for Xfinity mail as there is for Gmail and outlook just to name two. I think Comcast or Xfinity is impervious to pain because they've had so many complaints and they do nothing about it. They know we can do nothing about it so nothing is done.
I'm sorry for all the ulcers that have been caused out there by this greedy company I wish there was some way to get around this poor performance but there is none so just buckle up and go along for the ride. If you get a chance try something worthwhile. The first chance there is something to do about Xfinity's shoddy performance many people many many people are going to go for it.

Hey mjmoreno, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. I'm not showing a known issue with the email website. Have you tried a different browser or clearing your browser's cache and cookies?
