Unable To Access Xfinity App in Over a Year

I open the Xfinity app (I have already uninstalled and reinstalled over 20 times) and I get a message "! Something went wrong. There's been an unexpected error, please try again." When I clear the data from the app, it signs me out and it sends me to the login link. I put my credentials in, sends a code to either my phone or email (I have tried both multiple times), logs me in, then loops me back to the same error message. 

I have tried to call customer service multiple times, I have deleted all cookies from my browser (using Chrome on a Motorola), I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have made sure that permissions are on for the app, restarted my modem, etc. I can login on the web browser for the website, but cannot use the app whatsoever. This has caused me to not be able to use one of my TVs for over a year. It's been so ridiculous, that I've given up.
