There is no pause feature on the app

When I go to the wifi tab, it does not show any pause feature, nor does it allow me to add any person. Is there a solution to this issue?

Hi there, @googi301! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! Sorry to hear about the trouble with the pause and add features on the app. To be sure, are you logging in with your primary XFINITY ID and have you updated the app to the latest version recently?

Yes. I installed, uninstalled and even used the QR code for the app and it still does the same thing.

Typically, if you're able to sign in but missing specific features, it's a result of permissions based on your assigned account role. Have you been able to manage your connected devices with this same login in the past?
