Stuck in endless “sign in” loop

Stuck in an endless loop with app log-in screen

I hit “sign in” then enter the QR code info, then it sends me back to the same screen and there is no end in sight. To make matters worse, it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to speak to an actual human to solve this problem.  I’ve had the same account for years.  It worked fine until it didn’t. So very disappointing.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps already such as uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it to see if that helps? Are you having the same issue on a different device or on the actual website?

Yes, have deleted and re-installed the app several times.  It’s happening on multiple devices.

Yes, able to log in on the website. Every other app works fine on the devices. Just not this one. .
