Sane issue xfinity app crashes 3 times and says clear cache

It's all the time. Bug on app on Androidc. Also your wifi is delaying any home security videos and central monitoring station told me it's poor wifi that's turning off my alarm.

When it comes to your app have you tried to uninstall the app, made sure your android software is updated and then reinstalled to test? 

With your WiFi what troubleshooting steps have your completed?
