Rewards
I've been unable to access rewards for quite some time (over a month). I've tried calling only to be blocked by the Xfinity computer system that answers the phone. I've tried sending messages and using the app. Someone was supposed to get back to me but that hasn't happened yet either. Does the rewards program still exist? If yes, any way to get the rewards I've missed due to not being able to get on?

@user_58ae0c Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. We are happy to help. When you try to access rewards do you get an error message? Are you logging in with the primary Xfinity ID?
