I am a new xFi user and am also getting this message.  When I attempt to sign into my account, I get an error message to enable my browser in Settings.  After clicking on the link, all I see is a list of every app installed on my phone.

 

Which settings need to be adjusted?

I can't access my email account.  XFinity wants me to change my browser.

Sorry, it ain't gonna happen.  I changed from Windows explorer to Maxthon about a year ago.

I'll just try to find another internet service.  I can spend $200 + dollars a month somewhere else.

I won't get an answer obviously, because I can't get into my email account.

Is it a Comcast e-mail account that you are having issues accessing? Also, are you getting an error message when you are accessing the website?
