Problems with my xfinity aap

The xfinity app does not show tabs like services, wifi, etc. It only shows taba like overview and account. This happened when a tech rep changed the modem last week Saturday.

In the overview it shows there is a bill that's is past due...but I have already paid the bill..so I don't know where the issue lies..

I cannot unlink my old deactivated account. Anytime I try to click on unlink, it shows something went wrong.

Honestly, I have tried contacting the customer support..but its so frustrating that I can't go past the machine...and xfinity assistant is useless and of help.
