port forwarding not working in app

All the directions currently state that if you have xFI, you must use the app to configure port forwarding. When I login to the app, there is no connect option. Is the app not working as expected? Is there a known problem?

Hi there! The app should be working as expected, I'm sorry to hear you are having issues.  Can you initiate a chat and start with your full name and address? To start a chat, you must be signed in. Please click the chat icon in the top right of the page next to the bell, and send your message to "Xfinity Support". Talk to you there!
