This is wrong and, at this stage, all xfinity employees may know this, because i found the same complain hundreds of times across the internet, and the xfinity always send this irrelevant instructions on how to setup port forwarding. HOW CAN I USE THE APP PORT FORWARD IF MY DEVICES SHOW OFFLINE AND NOT AVAILABLE ON THE LIST OF DEVICES? If I change the IP to use DHCP, the device shows up on the list, but port forward continues to be refused...(yes, i opened the ports on the firewall on the VM, host and gateway)
