peacock activation
I am a new subscriber to the 1gb plan. This was supposed to include a free 2 yr peacock subscription. However, every time I go into the streamstore there is no where to activate the subscription with Peacock. It simply shows a green check on beside Peacock and says Peacock Premium "included". I been through the various links, read the help files, nothing helps.

I'd definitely like to help with the Peacock Premium concern, so you can enjoy the service. From experience, I've seen that Peacock Premium will use an email address on file and activates when customers weren't aware. Have you by chance gone to the Peacock website and tried logging in with your email address to see if it's recognized?

I have been facing this issue as well when I switched to the 2 Gig plan and no one from XFinity is able to resolve this issue.
