Notifications not working on app!

Notifications stopped working on new iphone 16.  Boxes checked in the app for text, email and push notifications.  Has my phone been hijacked?

No this did not correct the issue.  All the boxes are checked but dimed out so I can't change any setting.   My xb7 router/wifi was hacked in December.  Router was replaced in Jan.  Now I believe the app has been compromised.   I don't wish to uninstall the app because I will lose all my data.  Is uninstalling the app my only choice?

What specific application are you experiencing issues with on your device @user_ec3105? Deleting and reinstalling the Xfinity App would not remove any data from your device. I highly doubt whatever took place with your router/WiFi is effecting your device specific issue.
