Not letting me sign in

When I put all my information in it takes me back to the same screen with my moms account

Hey @user_gijal6, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. Did you recently get a new account of your own? It sounds like the username may be attached to her account if it is bringing up yours. If so, you could either link the username to your new account so it is on both or have your mom sign in and remove you username so you can use it on the new one. Our website here, walks you through adding a username and linking accounts.
