No Wifi Tab or devices listed in app

Attempting to manage my modem settings through the xfinity app.  There is no Wifi tab at the bottom. All I can see is "You're no longer with Xfinity". This statement is false as I still have internet access and have never missed a payment or canceled my service.   However, cancelling my service is becoming appealing. 

App has been uninstalled/reinstalled twice, modem also reset.

Hey there, @user_i8749f, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding the Xfinity app. Did you recently move or make any changes to your services that would cause the app to not recognize the modem as active?

No. Have not moved since service was started.

@user_i8749f Got it, thanks for confirming. Let's make sure you're signed in as the primary user that can access that section of the app successfully. Follow the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts to ensure you're the owner or the manager, or switch to it if it's not. That'll grant you full permissions on network settings in the app.
