No Wifi Tab or devices listed in app

Attempting to manage my modem settings through the xfinity app.  There is no Wifi tab at the bottom. All I can see is "You're no longer with Xfinity". This statement is false as I still have internet access and have never missed a payment or canceled my service.   However, cancelling my service is becoming appealing. 

App has been uninstalled/reinstalled twice, modem also reset.
