Greetings @Dr01083, thank you for posing this question. The Xfinity app has been updated, and now requires the Android 12 operating system or higher. In the Google Play Store if you locate the app and click "about this app" it will detail the required operating system.

Thanks for all that you do, @BruceW! This was a great catch, I went ahead and sent it over to our team that handles documentation.

That is just so not acceptable! Its not like Android 11 is archaic and I sure am not going to put out hundreds of dollars to get a new phone when mine works just fine OTHER than getting/using the Xfinity app. Where are those of us with Android other than 12 or above supposed to get access to all our services now. I guess the website is the only option? That is ridiculous. The world is all about apps these days so Xfinity decides we don't need one unless we keep buying new phones. How much would it cost the company to update the app to make it compatible.....really?

I'm having the same issue. The app was working, then suddenly was not compatible with my android 11 devices (any of them). What happened to the app?

What are the non-Android/iOS options that are available to us? I am assuming a browser will do the same, if it is on the same network.?.?
