new gateway doesn't show in Xfinity app

Just got the brand new 1.2 Gig gateway -ARRIS Group, Inc. TG4482A. I can see gateway details online, but in Xfinity App shows as gateway offline. Been that way for almost a week. Rep says new gateway not in App yet. When can I expect to see?

Hi, @KrustyKrab. Thanks for reaching out about your app display issue. Our engineering team has implemented a fix and the process is estimated to be done by Friday. If it is the same by the weekend, refresh the modem through the app. Thanks for your patience!
