My Wi-Fi is stuck on homepage it will not change or move to another apps it is frozen

Hey @user_768b7c, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. Are you still having issues with the WiFi being stuck? If so, have you tried restarting the modem to see if it gets it back online?
