Moved in

So I just moved in last week. I had my old service transferred to my new place. However whenever I go to activate the service on my xfinity app it shows my old service and says it’s offline. It has my new place under my account information but doesn’t allow me to do anything with it I have everything setup to receive the wifi and it shows as wifi being ready just no internet to the router/modem help me please!!

Thank you for visiting our Xfinity Community Forums support page. We can certainly help with the activating of the Internet at your new residence. We would need to ensure the equipment and everything was moved over to the new address for activation.

 

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and complete new address (Including the city, state, and zip code)? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

 

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
