Manage Devices and Connections in Xfinity app and Intermittent disconnect issues
I live in a community that offers Xfinity and was told to download the app for the features, now I use to have Xfinity on my own and there use to be a section where you can manage the devices connected to the WiFi to check the status ,However since switching my account to this “community “ account I can no longer see the devices connected to my network or even view my WiFi information in the app anymore all I have access to is the home page and the settings page Also can’t tell if my gateway is online or offline anymore either how do I get those feature back in the app please for better use of the service I have also notice my connection has been disconnecting every day starting at 12:15pm-12:20 est and it will last until 12:35pm now I work from home so this has also not been ideal since it happens everyday
