Issues with chat within Xfinity app
Hello,
The chat feature in the new Xfinity app doesn't work. Even the overall performance of the app is not great. I tried to contact the app developer but was redirected here. Could you please help? Let me know what information you need from my end.

Update - 07/27/2023 - I was able to find the solution by referring to the post: Xfinity App: Chat and the Advanced operation DMZ and Port Forwarding act as if disabled on Android devices running Android 10, 12, 13 | Xfinity Community Forum
The solution is to set the default browser app as Chrome in the phone settings.
I had Samsung Internet set as the browser default app and somehow Xfinity features doesn't work properly. Hope this helps.
