I yelled at my 14-year-old but it was really Downtime that was not working
I have multiple Downtime schedules configured for my teen in the xFi app, but they have stopped working automatically. The xFi app shows all his devices as "Paused" but they are still able to access the internet. If I manually unpause and pause again, then their internet access is blocked. But the whole reason I've got them scheduled is so I don't have to manually pause him when he needs to do his chores after school. Please help me to get them working again.

Hello @munsonjn, thank you for reaching out. I know how important it is to enable Downtime on your devices. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with it working correctly. Have you tried removing the devices from the Profile you have created and readding them by chance?
