I don't have a smartphone. Let me use my computer to manage the network! [Edited]

Why can't I use my browser to manage the modem/router? Why are we going backwards in time? This is infuriating.

You can try using an Android VM (Virtual Machine) app on your PC like a MuMu player and do it from there.
