How to set up cameras with out the app
I have the iPhone 7plus and don’t have any option to update to iOS 16. So I can no longer access the xfinity app. And I’ve just purchased one of the xfinity cameras and am unable to even use it with out access to the app. Is there any way to set up the camera via web browser?please help!

Thanks for reaching out! We totally get how frustrating this is — especially when you’re excited to set up new equipment.
At this time, Xfinity cameras do require the Xfinity app for setup, and unfortunately, there isn’t a supported way to complete the setup through a web browser. We know that’s not the news you were hoping for.
Since your iPhone 7 Plus can’t update to iOS 16, one option is to see if you have access to another device (maybe a family member’s or friend’s phone or tablet) just to complete the initial setup. Once the camera is set up, you can still access some features through the Xfinity website, but the app is needed for installing and activating it.
