ESPN unlimited not working despite xfinity say app saying active

Every time I try to use ESPN unlimited, it says I need to activate ESPN unlimited.  It will not play.  After 10 calls to Xfinity and 3 to ESPN (7 hrs talking to agents), I   have determined:

Xfinity app says that ESPN Unlimited is Active.  ESPN says I am not active under both my personal email and my Comcast email which I use to get on the app.  I have tried on my iPad, iphone, computer, and TV with same result.  Interestingly, the other anomaly is that when I choose the settings app on my tv and look at manage subscriptions, it says I do not have subscriptions through Xfinity.  Which is inconsistent with the xfinity app that says I have espn unlimited and peacock subscriptions.  Peacock Premium works just fine. help!!!!! So frustrated.

@user_p1uwhl thanks for taking the time to comment on our Xfinity Community Forums page. What happens when you go to Xfintiy.com/yoursubscriptions to activate?

@XfinityAbel

it says I’m activated (screen shot 1).  But ESPN says I am not activated (app won’t let me watch…ESPN has confirmed via phone I am NOT activated in their system).  Also, when I go to manage subscriptions it says I need to activate something (Snapshot 2), but pressing “Activate now” returns me to the first screen shot I am attaching.  I have never gotten the pop up that instructions say is necessary to activate with ESPN and provide them with my email.

@user_p1uwhl can you share with us on what type of device, browser, and internet connection you're attempting to view the Xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions page on?

(i.e. Phone/Tablet/Computer, Chrome/Edge, Wireless or Hardlined?)

Don’t remember what device I did it on but it was likely iPhone or iPad via WiFi.  Both use safari.  Also a bit confused by hourglass comment above.  Was that to get me to subscription page?  If so, I didn’t see hourglass but used an activation  link your team previously sent to get to subscription.  Also note that my cable box settings says I have no active subscriptions.  I sent a snapshot earlier of that.

No Ethernet access.   When you say access the page, which page?  Manage my subscriptions?
