Error trying to redeem the rewards.
I'm getting this when I try to redeem my rewards "A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields')."
I restart the app. I tried restarting the phone and still not working.

Someone on another page figured out a backdoor for this and it worked -
Open first this link - https://www.xfinity.com/membership#faq
and then search for "Go to my redeemed benefits" and then click there.
Then, it will show you all your previous redeemed benefits.
After that, click on the arrow to your left "Back" on the website and that will take you to your benefits. It worked for me a moment ago.
Now, this does not solve the main issue of using this website anywhere (app, cellphone, laptop) as it used to be. But it works as a short-term solution.

We are aware of a known issue and it is currently being worked on. At this time there is not a ETA. Some customers have mentioned in other posts that incognito mode or VPN has allowed to them to view them.
