Devices connected via ethernet not showing up on xfinity app

I can't seem to find a way to see the devices connect with an ethernet cord on the app

Hi @user_b46a36! Thanks for reaching out. I know how important it is to see all the connected devices from the app. I'd like to ask, when you disconnect from the ethernet connection, does the device show up? What type of modem are you using?

@XfinityMikeB​ its a XB6 modem. It shows up only identified by its MAC address where the name is supposed to be.

When you see the MAC address populate, are you able to edit it by chance or enter any type of nickname? Have you updated the app to the latest firmware? What type of device are you using to access the app?

The app must of updated since yesterday I see my ethernet connections now. Thanks for the help.
