Connection Issue

None of our devices are connecting to the internet. When trying to use our laptops, we get a pop up saying that action is required and to go to the app, but there are no notifications in the app.

Hey there, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your connection concerns. I completely understand wanting to get your connection issues resolved as I rely on using my devices on the weekend. Have you tried rebooting your modem by unplugging it, waiting for 30-seconds, and then plugging it back in to see if that helps with any connection issues?
