Comcast You Have The Worst App and Website I Have Ever Used

Even as I was coming to make this post I had to refresh the page multiple times before I was able to click on the "xfinity app" for the topic I wanted to post about.

Seriously, I have never seen such poor performance, broken code, and so much stuff that doesn't work from any ISP let alone company before. Fix your website. Fix your app. When I need to change my plans or do something it is a shot in the dark about whether or not the app/website will decide it wants to actually work that day at that time. I have never seen such poor performance in my life.

Where I move the main thing I will be checking is if the area has Xfinity because if it does, I'm staying away and going somewhere far away from your "services".

Get your engineers to make sure this stuff actually works.
