Can't view/pay my bill online?

I know I'm not the only customer experiencing this. Every time I log into the app or website, I'm denied access because it sees me as a "secondary user" even though I'm the only user. Any ideas?

Hello, @, thank you for reaching out in our forum and giving me a shot to help with your user id issues. I know how important it is to use our website to manage your account, so I totally get where you're coming from. To be honest, it's so versatile and we've made it so darn intuitive, I don't know how else you would go about it, but I have your back. When you first created your online account, was there a different username that you used? If so, are you able to try logging in with those credentials?
