Can’t sign in on the app

Every time I sign in it says you signed in successfully but you must be a Xfinity customer to use the app

Hey there, @user_7d1fcd, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your Xfinity app. I definitely want to ensure you are able to use the app as it is my favorite way to manage my account! Are you only having issues with the Xfinity app or with other Xfinity apps as well? Also, are you able to use our Website without any error messages?
