Cannot log in to Xfinity App
I can not log in to the xfinity app. After getting a new router/modem combo sent to me from xfinity I need to access the app to set it up however I can not for the life of me log into the app. When I try my correct username and password combination (it works fine on the computer) I get prompt that texts me a verification code, I copy/paste that in to the prompt which then takes me to the infamous "Lets Try That Again - We had some trouble accessing your account..." screen. It asks me to try again or use the "Chat With Us" feature which did absolutely nothing for me.
Things I have tried:
- updating app
- uninstalling/reinstalling app
- log in and out on computer (account works fine on there)
- changing password
- log in using cellular data instead of WiFi
- having an unproductive phone call with xfinity support
Please someone help me. I keep getting spam messages from xfinity about setting up this device and something as small as a login bug is grinding my progress to a halt...
I am using an iphone 15 Pro Max with iOS 18.6.2 if that's relevant at all.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the Xfinity app, but you have reached the right team that can take a look at this for you. When you log on to the website, does it also ask for the two-factor authentication?
