Approve sign in on app

Since I’m away from home, I’m trying to read my emails and check for voicemail on the app.  However, I just keep getting circled back to ‘approve sign in on the app’. And I’m already on the app it keeps repeating and I can never get it on the app. Yes, I can do it on a browser, but that isn’t the point.
