Apple TV not allowing sign in

I have been trying to log into my Apple TV app on my Xfinity X1 box. It is saying that it couldn’t sign in. Wait a moment then try again. Every time I try again the same message. It is happening on all of my Xfinity boxes. I tried troubleshooting it and clearing the local data but nothing is working.
