App won't sign in

Beginning three days ago my Xfinity app made me log back in, but when I put in the password, it just send me back to another "enter password" screen.  I've restarted the phone, tried to do it on and off wifi including using data, on alternative wifi networks,  and reinstalled the app three times.  It began happening on my wife's phone yesterday and on my Samsung tablet today.  I cannot access emails (I still can on a computer) or any wifi settings since I cannot get signed in.  How is this fixed?

I’m having a similar issue my Xfinity app as well. I put in my email and password and it won’t let me in.

@CaroC​ I've been having the same problem for about 2 weeks now. I tried to log in right now by just using my username and not my whole email address, and it works now.

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
