App won't open

Everytime I try to open the xfinity app I get an error that something went wrong. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no luck. Please help.

Thank you for your reply! What device are you using for the app? I know you mentioned you uninstalled/reinstalled, did you happen to clear the app cache and data as well?
