App malfunctioning!!!!

NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO my rewards portion of the xfinity APP that's MALFUNCTIONING!!! PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS PROBLEM!!!!

You mentioned rewards, which has been rebranded to Xfinity membership, but are you getting a specific error?

Cleared cache in xfinity app, browser app, restarted phone, reinstalled app, restarted router. No joy. Only happens since/when trying to click on "Thursday discounts & deals"
