App is not showing my internet
It was recommended to me to change out my gateways and so I did. Three hours later service support had my internet up and running, but the app shows I have no internet. I have called twice and finally spoken to a live agent (what a nightmare that is to get to a real person) but app showing I have no internet even though my internet is up and running. Live agents could come up with no solution. I can’t see devices or even adjust anything, not use the assistant who just tells me I have no internet and should buy a plan. I need a solution asap. Loyal customer for 20 years, but I’m really frustrated with this situation and the fact nobody can come up with a solution. Even if I try, it just puts me back into a loop of useless interaction with automated service. Need some help!

When first opening the app, on the Overview tab, do you see a tile card that is asking to activate the Xfinity Internet? If you see the tile card, could you please go through the activation process which should allow the modem to popular for changing the settings and more.
