App Error
I just created my account yesterday. Every time when I try to log into my account on the app, it says "sorry, we're having some trouble". I tried several tricks like re-downloading the app and cleaning up cookies, but they didn't work. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

I am having the same trouble as the other customer with the app on all devices in the home. The app doesn’t even work when not on Wi-Fi
