Access not authorized
Hello,
I am a new customer of Xfinity and recently received my package to set up my internet. When following the QR code on the paper in the box it sends me to the app to sign in. Once I input my criteria, it sends me a message of “access not authorized”. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
